My feet lead and my heart follows. Crunching gravel, dripping sweat, whistling winds, and radiating colors are fluent in my body’s original language, inviting my body and mind to engage fully. I immersed myself in this language during my 118-day, 2650-mile Pacific Crest Trail journey and will continue to explore how this experience is changing my life – you are welcome to join.
